Happy weekend Patrons! (And I really need to come up with a better name than that!).
By the time you read the next edition of the Break Free Gazette, something huge will have happened. I will have officially quit my day job! I’m telling my employer of almost 14 years on Wednesday that I won’t be there for my 15th year with the company. It’s been a fun ride … and if the worst case happens, perhaps they’ll be my safety net … but right now I’m feeling equal parts excited and petrified.
There’s going to be some videos soon on how I’m affording this, but the short answer is I’m burning through whatever savings I’ve managed to retire on in an attempt to pivot my life into a different earnings direction. Big gamble, I know. But honestly .. if not now, then when? (Meaning, start living). Also … I frankly don’t have enough saved to completely retire on, so if I’m going to always be working … you get the idea.
Anyhoo … it’s going to be an interesting week.

Basically it’s what I’m going through trying to grow the first YouTube channel (which I also renamed by the way!).
