Howdy folks and welcome to the chaos!  (The fun chaos, I should point out).

I just wanted to pin a post helping you to navigate what’s what and where.  At least once a week (probably) you’re going to get a notification for a new thing here on Patreon, which will be in one of four categories:

Obstacles and Opportunities are stories about how humans work, and how that knowledge can be leveraged to make our personal journeys unique and wonderful.

Random Knowledge are stories and posts about strange things I discover along the way.  I have an insatiable curiosity and this is the result.  You have been warned.

Stories From The Bus are written posts about living the life I chose.  Some of it’s about being a Content Creator, some of it’s about being a nomad.  But it’s all about walking the walk and hopefully being a positive influence.

Video Extras are just that, posts with videos in them.  While my first love is writing, this community does support a YouTube channel … so videos are kinda required, right?  And if you missed one or two, they’re all in this “hidden” playlist.

As far as the world outside of Patreon and YouTube, that’s always been a bit of a problem.  And I’m speaking of social media here.

If you go to https://rickhiggins.com you will find the links for where I live out there on the interwebs, but I only tend to post in spurts, and rarely in one place.  I just don’t have the gumption to try and become a “social media influencer”, I suppose.

But I do check my email constantly (yea, I’m a dinosaur).  It’s rick@rickhiggins.com and I’d love to hear from you if you have something you’d rather not post up in the comments.

This community is yours, so do with it what you will.  If you’d prefer to lurk and consume, please eat all you wish.  If you’d like to be more active, we’d love to hear from you.  The only “rule” is to be nice.  This is not a community that thrives on conflict.

And if you have any suggestions, ideas, or requests, please let me know.  Everything I’m doing is about you after all.  And I can either make guesses about what you want, or I can listen.  I’d rather do the latter.  🙂
