Dropped a new one for ya (it’s quick and no, I didn’t start the fire. LOL!)

I’ve been really struggling for a long time now with what I want out of this life, and yesterday it all came to a head. And I just had to try and get it out on camera, if for no other reason than to somehow capture my thoughts. I don’t know if it comes across, but it was a decent start at self-understanding.

And then …

Last night Nikki sent me a link to a video. This video:

And somehow everything is now better in my world. It has been a long time since I found a creator who moved something inside of me. Besides being a great storyteller, the way he leads his life is something I forgot. And it was wonderful to be reminded.

Yesterday I was unhappy, living in a miserable hostel on the outskirts of Madrid Spain. Not having a place to call home next. Arguing with my girlfriend. Just … wanting to jump on a plane back to the bus where everything was still meh, but at least I spoke the language.

And right now, at this very moment, I can sense possibility.

Both in the way I see my life (again!) and in the way I share it. I haven’t felt creative in a long time and suddenly I’m inspired. The power of a single creator to do that for someone … it’s amazing. This “Jely” guy did it for me. And now hopefully I can get back to doing it for others.
