Howdy My Friends!

Time for another behind the scenes video about the life and times of yours truly.  And this week … well, let me give you some details before you click on the video.

As you may or may not know, my girlfriend and I are now separated.  We’ve been having problems for some time now and things finally hit the point where we could no longer ignore them.  And where we needed to be apart.

I keep telling people that I’m OK, but I’m also not.  Here’s something you don’t know … I have aphantasia, which is a condition that means I don’t have an inner eye.  When you close your eyes and think of an apple, you probably actually see that apple.  I can’t.  I only see black.  This means that folks like me usually fall into “out of sight, out of mind” much more easily.  I simply cannot “see” Nikki when I close my eyes.

But!  There are times (like when listening to music) that deep memories are triggered.  And that ping-pong match has pretty much defined my week.  So enjoy, and we’ll see you soon!
