So I’ve spent the past week-and-a-half obsessing over this video. Trying to find the comedic thread to pull on. Had all of the voice overs (poorly) done. Was out shooting b-roll.

And I hated all of it.

It frankly sucked. Because Skooliepalooza isn’t comedy. It’s just a bunch of dirty ki … er … a bunch of like-minded vehicle dwellers coming together in the middle of the desert to commune with each other. Seriously, it’s not all that funny.

And since the main channel is all about the laughs now … I had to kill that video and just do the making of as a standalone.

The part near the end? With the out-of-his-freaking-mind dude bang on our bus and screaming conspiracy theories into the night? It truly happened. And it happened in a way that kinda freaked me out. He was so gone from reality that I had no idea what he was capable of, because he wasn’t on planet earth with the rest of us.

I was actually reaching for one of the swords we have hanging in the front of the bus when something only he could see caught his eye next bus over.

So yea … that was fun. LOL!

OK, I need something for the next video. I know I recently asked you for ideas for this one, and promptly ADHDed my way elsewhere, but I do want to hear from you as to what the main channel should focus on. Enquiring minds want to know.
