Twas a strange week to say the least. There is this strange balance between still being in lockdown (mostly self-imposed) and know that in a few months I’ll be living the opposite. I feel like there’s a danger of just moving lockdown from one house in Miami to another elsewhere sometimes. Which kinda trickled into my creativity this week. But, I’m again on an upward feeling … and now I have this side goal of unlocking lockdown here in the states as well. It shouldn’t be a flip-switch when The Pivot starts.
Anyooo, like I said, it’s been a mentally weird week. The good news is that I cranked out two videos yesterday and both of them felt pretty good. That’s another thing, creativity seems to ebb and flow with me. Maybe that’s normal. How many of you find yourselves with an uneven stream of passion in what you’re passionate about? On Monday I released a video titled The Time FEAR ALMOST KILLED ME … to crickets. LOL! And I feel like I need to explain that a bit. I’m part of a Mastermind Group … a gathering of YouTubers who bounce ideas of each other … and their advice has been to make videos from time to time that aren’t ‘searchable’ and instead show who I am. Videos targeted towards existing viewers. This is such a video … and apparently isn’t really something the masses want yet. I’m glad I made it, yes … but for the rest of the week/month/probably-year it’s going to be more non-me offerings. I really don’t like crickets. 🙂

And as mentioned, a two-fer yesterday. One was on culture shocks I discovered i Europe, including that time I landed in the right airport, but in the wrong country. (Seriously). And the other video was for the second channel and told you exactly why you needed a website. (There might have been a sales pitch in there as well. LOL!)
