Well, “morning” meaning 10:26am. What can I say, we stayed up late last night binge watching Vikings. Only one last season to go!

Have you ever heard of an online test called “Real Age”? I took it something like a dozen years ago and was semi-proud that it said I was younger than my actual years. For some reason it popped in my head the other night and I re-took the test.

I’m no longer younger than my actual years. 😔

OK, here comes the excuses portion of the post … I live in a bus and on the road, I don’t have the time or ability to exercise. Have you tried the local food, it’s so freaking yummy! Who can resist? I don’t want to get sweaty. Hmmm, another gin and tonic or pushups? So many decisions!

You can see my dilemma.

Let’s couple all that with ADHD and Professional-Level Procrastination and you get my test results. When I was living in Miami it was easy. My gym was just a two minute walk away from my front door. I was out every night doing something energetic (or at least alcoholic). I was active.

And now that I have this new lifestyle, I kinda forgot to bring some of the good aspects of my old life along.

What does this mean? I have zero freaking clue. LOL! It means that I’m on Step Two of the journey. (Step One being denial). I’m currently working on the outline of a video about the Real Age test, but between you and me … I’m torn. While I seriously (SERIOUSLY!) want my old body back, I need to convince my new mind to accept it.

How will this all work out? If you have any suggestions, I’m all ears. Drop a comment.

OK … I do believe that I need to get out of this apartment today and walk a dozen miles. Wait … it’s going to be how hot today? 🙂
